How the laso88 Loyalty Program works
Every bet you place on laso88 — whether on a live-dealer table, a sports match, or a slot game — earns loyalty points. The number of points depends on your bet size and your current tier. A player at the base tier might earn one point per our welcome offer wagered. A player at a higher tier might earn one point per our welcome offer wagered, effectively doubling their point accumulation rate.

Tier structure
The laso88 Loyalty Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier requires a cumulative point threshold. Bronze is the entry level — you start here when you open an account. As you accumulate points, you automatically advance to Silver, then Gold, and so on.
Tier status is recalculated monthly. If your points drop below a tier's threshold due to account inactivity or point redemption, you may move down a tier. However, most players maintain or advance their tier over time as they continue to play.

All tiers retain their benefits as long as you maintain the tier status. If you drop a tier due to inactivity, you lose the associated benefits but can regain them by accumulating points again.

Redeeming loyalty points

Common redemption options include account credits (points converted to playable balance), exclusive tournament entries, or tier-specific bonuses. The redemption rate varies by reward type. For example, you might redeem 1,000 points for our welcome offer in account credit, or 500 points for entry into an exclusive tournament.
Redemptions are final and cannot be reversed. We recommend reviewing the redemption options carefully before confirming. Your account dashboard displays the full list of available rewards and their point costs, so you can plan your redemptions strategically.
Loyalty Program across payment methods
Your loyalty points are tied to your laso88 account, not to any specific payment method. Whether you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, your points accumulate in the same balance. This means you can switch payment methods without affecting your loyalty status or point history.
Withdrawals do not affect your loyalty points. When you withdraw winnings or account credits, your loyalty balance remains unchanged. Points are only deducted when you actively redeem them for rewards.
